Southern African Youth Development Agency is a registered Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) in terms of Section 30(3) of The Income Tax Act No 58 of 1962. All donations to SAYDA are tax deductible in terms of Section 18A of the Income Tax Act since it undertakes public benefit activities.
